ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to all residents of Ontario who have reached the legal age of majority within Ontario, excluding employees, representatives, agents, families or affiliates (or those with whom they are domiciled) of House & Home Media, Sponsor, and each of their respective affiliated entities, advertising/ promotion agencies and any other individual(s), entity or entities involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively with the Sponsor, the “Contest Parties”). The Contest is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws.
CONTEST DRAW: One (1) winner will be selected, from among all eligible entries received, in a random draw conducted in Toronto, Ontario at the offices of House & Home Media on September 2, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. EST. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period.
PRIZE: Prize value of $10,000 CAD. One (1) confirmed winner will receive the prize listed. One patio makeover worth $10,000 of ARD Outdoor and/or Vondom products (excludes Dekko and Tuuci). Only the listed prize will be awarded and no substitutions, cash equivalents or exemptions will be made, it being understood and agreed, however, that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a different prize of equal or greater value if in the opinion of Sponsor it becomes necessary.
